Halimah said the ministry, local authorities and the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) will continue to work together in identifying more hot spots to install CCTVs from time to time in order to reduce crime and improve public safety.
"There are several criteria to be considered before police decide whether the area should be installed CCTV, among others, counter the rate of property crime, population density by land area and the role of local authorities," he said.

CALHOUN, Georgia, February 21, 2014 / PRNewswire / - Mohawk Industries, Inc. today announced net earnings for the fourth quarter of 2013 of $ 95 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $ 1.29 . نسل جدید سوخت های گیاهی نفت و بنزین سوخت های پایان پذیر فسیلی در سال ایالات oak متحده تقریبا حدود . میلیون بشکه بنزین در هر روز مصرف کرد که معادل بیش از میلیون گالن نفت می باشد (منبع: مدیریت اطلاعات انرژی). بنزین این امکان را به شما می دهد که به یک خرید یا یک سفر بروید. همچنین به گسترش صنعت و پیشرفت تکنولوژ ی در علم و دارو کمک کرده و مقدار زیادی ثروت و آسایش نیز فراهم می کند. اقتصاد جهانی مبتنی بر قسمتهای oak بزرگی از این صنعت از جمله حفاری پالایش oak حمل و نقل و پخش نفت می باشد. اما با این اوصاف نفت یک منبع نامحدود است که از بقایای فسیل های نباتات و حیوانات دریایی در گذشته های دور تشکیل شده است. حداقل ده میلیون سال طول می کشد تا این بقایا به نفت خام تبدیل شوند و مردم سریعتر از آن که تولید می شود از آن استفاده می کنند. سرانجام تولیدات نفت به حداکثر خواهد رسید و ما هم روزی آنها را به پایان خواهیم رساند. بعضی از دانشمندان تخمین زدند که این حداکثر در حال رخ دادن می باشد و بعضی دیگر این مهم را در آینده ای نزدیک می بینند. با توجه به این دو نظریه اکثر مردم معتقدند که ما در قلب یک بحران قریب الوقوع قرار داریم. با این حال بنزین نقش بزرگی را در فعالیت های روزمره انسان ایفا می کند. چه اتفاقی خواهد افتاد وقتی که ما نفت را به پایان برسانیم اما باید یک منبع انرژی دیگری بیش از این برای تأمین چنین نیرویی ایجاد شود. با افزایش نگرانی ها درباره ی گازهای گلخانه ای (GHGs) از مصرف سوخت های فسیلی که منجر به گرم شدن جهان می شود باید توجه داشت که سوخت بعدی باید سوختی پاکیزه باشد. این سوخت باید این استطاعت را داشته باشد و همچنین باید اقتصاد را هم نگه دارد. سریعا نیاز است که نسل بعدی از سوخت برسد که مردم را برای رهایی و گذر از بنزین کمک کند. به دنبال اینها جهان نمی تواند تا مرز ساییدگی پیش برود تا یک یا دو دهه ی دیگر سوخت بعدی گسترش و مورد اجرا واقع شده باشد. با قرار دادن همه این موضوعات کنار هم صداهایی مانند صدایی که از اتاق لباسشویی بیرون می آید به گوش می رسد (منظور همان نچ نچ ها و جواب منفی منتقدان می باشد) که هیچ سوختی وجود ندارد. نکته حیرت آور آن است که بعد از چندین سال تحقیق و بررسی سوختی یافت می شود که به نظر می رسد همه ی این وظایفی oak را که سوخت قبلی بر عهده داشته را تأمین می کند. اتانول (الکل معمولی) شکلی از سوخت است که مشتمل بر کربوهیدرات پیچیده در نباتات می باشد. بعد از دهه ها تحقیقات متوجه شده اند که آن پتانسیل یک سوخت را دارد.اما بعضی از دانشمندان می گویند فرایندی که اتانول را به طور کم خرج و مؤثر و با بازده تولید کند هنوز بر کسی معلوم نشده است البته تا اکنون. روینده ترین علف که به عنوان یک علف جایگزین(switchgrass) شناخته می شود در اطراف ایالات متحده کانادا مرکز و جنوب آمریکا و قسمتهایی oak از آفریقا یافت می شود.اگر این همان طوری که قبلا نشان داده است هم اکنون هم باشد و رشد سریعی داشته باشد می تواند به عنوان سوخت ماشین شما در سال آینده مورد استفاده oak قرار بگیرد.خوب چگونه یک علف می تواند یک سوخت شود ادامه مطلب را بخوانید تا یک پیش بینی روشن برای switchgrass به عنوان یک جوابی برای بحران قریب الوقوع انرژی را بفهمید. Switchgrass تحقیقات oak در میان منابعی برای سوخت های زیستی ( زیست سوخت ها یا Biofuels ) شامل هر چیزی از مرغ چاق تا خرده تراشه های چوب شده است! (منظور این است که شامل هر چیزی می تواند باشد که شاید به فکر شما اصلا خطور نکند). اما پردازش بیشتر آنها به یک قانون به نام قانون نسبیت انرژی خالص واگذار می شود مقدار انرژی که در هر واحد خارج می شود و از آن مقدار انرژی که تولید می شود بیشتر نیست هزینه آن یک مسئله قابل ملاحظه می باشد شگردها و اصول هایی که برای گرفتن سوخت از منابع نباتات و حیوانات oak موجود می باشد هزینه بر و گران می باشد. این تحقیقات در مورد switchgrass شاخه شاخه می شوند و بیشتر آنها به نظر می رسد که یک کاندیدخوب برای جایگزینی منبع سوخت می باشد. Switchgrass یک گونه ی طبیعی ابدی در آمریکا است. سریع و به آسانی در دشت ها رشد می کند. یک گونه ی سخت و محکم و بادوام می باشد. در بعضی موارد به عنوان یک تاخت و تاز کننده در نظر گرفته می شود (منظور اینکه شاید برای تهاجم و دفاع مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد). مطالعات سه ساله در شمال داکوتا که در سال منتشر شده نشان می دهد که بعضی از گونه های علف می تواند متوسط محصول بیش از هفت تن جرم توده (Biomass) مواد گیاهی برداشت شده در هر جریب فرنگی (حدود متر مربع) که بستگی به میزان رطوبت و نوع خاک دارد را تولید کند. { منبع: ایالات متحده مؤسسه کشاورزی } همچنین این گونه علف ها در برابر خشکی و احتیاجات و مواد مغذی کم از جمله کود مقاومند. این بدین معنی است که سوخت فسیلی کمی برای تولید آن نیاز است. تراکتورها برای توزیع کودها استفاده می شود و سوخت پمپ هایی که برای آبیاری استفاده می شود از سوخت فسیلی است. آبیاری کمتر و کود کمتر بدین معنی است که توان اولیه انرژی را که به ترتیب عبارت است از هزینه کمتر و انتشار گاز گلخانه ای کمتر کاهش می دهد. اصافه بر این طرفداران oak switchgrass (علف جایگزین) می گویند که سوخت تولید شده از گیاهان ایالات متحده را ایمن تر و مستقل تر خواهد کرد از این جهت که آن را در خود آمریکا می تواند رشد دهد تا اینکه از دیگر کشورها وارد کند. سوخت تولید شده از ساقه تغذیه switchgrass ماده خام استفاده شده برای تولید یک سوخت تقطیر شده اتانول سلولزی است. این سوخت الکلی توسط یک واکنش شیمیایی در اثر شکسته شدن سلولزها بوجود می آید- ساختاری که دیواره سلولی در گیاهان ایجاد می کند.مرحله ای که سلولزها در اجزای اصلی شان شکسته می شوند و مخمر اضافه شود سپس تبدیل به الکل خواهد شد. بعد از تصفیه آن اتانول تولیدشده

روز گذشته مراسم رونمایی از میتسوبیشی لنسر 2014 توسط شرکت وارد کننده (آرین موتورز) در هتل المپیک برگزار شد و لنسر پس از 20 سال غیبت به شکل رسمی به بازار کشورمان بازگشت.لنسر 2014 در نخستین گام با پیشرانه ای 117 اسب بخاری و 1.6 لیتری با دو گیربکس 4 سرعته اتوماتیک و 5 سرعته دستی عرضه می شود و در ماه های آینده برنامه هایی برای فروش مدل های قدرتمند تر 1.8 لیتری (143 اسب بخار و مجهز به گیربکس CVT ) نیز برای این مدل در نظر گرفته شده است.
میتسوبیشی لنسر در کلاس خودروهای C سگمنت طبقه بندی می شود و از این نظر رقبایی نظیر هوندا سیویک و کیاسراتو در بازار داخلی دارد اما نمونه 1.6 لیتری لنسر به لطف قیمت گذاری مطلوب آرین موتور با اختلاف قابل توجهی ارزان تر از دو خودرو یاد شده به بازار عرضه شده است و ثبت نام سری نخست آن با پرداخت بهایی در حدود 80 – 90 میلیون unit تومان انجام می شود.لنسرهای 1.6 لیتری عرضه شده توسط آرین موتور از نظر تجهیزات رفاهی چندان حرفی برای گفتن ندارند و از تجهیزات خاصی نظیر سانروف دوربین دید عقب یا حتی رینگ های سایز بزرگ بی بهره اند.متاسفانه امکان سفارش چنین تجهیزاتی حتی در صورت پرداخت بهای اضافه نیز وجود ندارد و از این رو خریداران باید به تجهیزات ایمنی و رفاهی پایه نظیر هفت ایربگ فرمان الکتریکی سامانه تهویه مطبوع اتوماتیک و برف پاکن های مجهز به حسگر باران حساس به نور سرعت و رینگ های اسپرت 16 اینچی دلخوش باشند.
البته مسئولین فروش آرین موتور با هدف جلب نظر خریداران جوان تهیه ادوات تکمیلی نظیر بال عقب (مشابه بال عقب مدل اوولوشن) رکاب های جانبی اسپرت با نور پردازی LED کروم کاری اطراف چراغ های عقب مه شکن و چراغ راهنما را نیز مد نظر قرار داده اند که پس از تحویل مدل های استاندارد و پایه قابل خریداری و نصب در بخش آپشن و تجهیزات جانبی آرین موتور هستند.

واقعا عالیه با این حرکت میخوان سریع جای میتسوبیشی رو باز کنن تو خیابونا. من که خیلی خوشم اومد. مصرف پایین سایز مناسب. و دوامش هم که معلومه عالیه. خیلی خوبه با این قیمت ماشین صفر نمیدن. unit من میذارم دست دوم در حد صفرشو میخرم. میخواستم هیوندا unit کوپه بگیرم ولی اونا هم کهنه شدن و هم کلی دویدن.
اختلاف قیمت لنسر اتوماتیک با الانترا نزدیک بیست میلیون هستش و اصلا دلیلی نداره باهم مقایسه بشن. اما من شخصا لنسر با شخصیت و اصالت رو با طراحی کاملا سامورایی به هیوندا با طراحی بی اصالت که دوسال دیگه کهنه به نظر میاد رو ترجیح میدم.
باسلام حقیقتش پدرم جیلی هاچبک داره ازشم راضی چون امکاناتش خوبه از همه مهمتر خدمات پس از فروشش بهتر از ارین موتوربهتر است حالا من به پدرم فشار میارم که بفروشه اینو بخره  واقعا اینکارو بکنم یا نه
اگر ابتدا به ساکن بخواهی ماشین بخری بین امگراند و لنسر1600 با اختلاف 20میلیون تومان باز هم من حتی یک ثانیه در خرید لنسر 1600درنگ نمیکنم.ولی حالا که شما امگراند را خریدید نمیشه راحت گفت با ضرر اینو بفروشید و دردسر پیدا کردن خریدار و کارهای نقل وانتقال unit و بعدش 25میلیون هم روش بگذارید و لنسر بخرید این دیگه کاملا بر میگرده به رضایتمندی شما از ماشینی که الان دارید.البته با گذشت زمان افت جیلی بیشتر میشود.

برعکس آقا جواد تیم تاپ گیر در فیلیپین لنسر 1600 را تست کرده و گفتن هنوز روح اسپرت در این ماشین هست و هندلینگ فوق العاده ای داره.اگر قرار بود کسی بهش نگاه نکنه صد سال تولید نمیشد حتی لنسر 1500سی سی هم داره.وقتی با موتور 1600 از خیلی از ماشینهای 2000سی سی شتاب و کشش بالاتری داشته باشه و همزمان unit مصرف بسیار پائینی هم داشته باشه  چرا خریدار نداشته باشه.همین الان با 80 میلیون unit لرزه به اندام حتی ماشینهای 40 میلیونی هم انداخته چه برسه به هم قیمتهاش و قیمتهای بالاتر.
ژاپن را با کره و … مقایسه نکنید

با این طول نزدیک به پراید و ارتفاع حدود ال90 بعید میدونم تعادل و پایداری مناسبی داشته باشه .بعدش نمیدونم چطوره 1600 میتسوبیشی روی لنسر 115اسب قدرتشه ولی این با1500 سیسی گفتن 112 یعنی از موتور ساخت خود میتسوبیشی  قویتره بعید میدونم….

   رو کاغذ مشخصات فنی ایش مشابه ال نود اتوماتیکه با یکم آپشن بیشتر ولی باید دید   میتونه رقابت کنه یا نه از نظر من مگان 1600  خیلی بهتر این چینی بی هویته هم ایمنی و هم هندلینگ خیلی بالاتره 
خیلی زشته. ولی شاید جا بیفته مثل جیلی ولی شخصا اگه روزی بخوام چینی بگیرم جیلی رو ترجیح میدم. بقیه چینی ها قیافه و اسمای عجیب دارن.. به دل نمیشینن. جی 5 هم قیافه نرمال داره و خوبیش اینه که ساخت داخله و کارت سوخت میگیره. ولی از لحاظ موتوری ادم از جیلی مطمئن تره تا موتورای 1500 اینا. اونیکی بایک هم خیلی گرونه با پولش آدم اپتیما و سوناتا میخره. 248 اسب بخار چینی همون 170 اسب سوناتای خودمونه.
سلام دوستان . جی 5 اتوماتیک با قابلیت تیپ ترونیک  میتونه ماشین خوبی از نظر قینتی باشه کاملا قابل رقابت با هم رده ایهاش از نظر قیمتی . اس 300 با مشخصات فنی و موتور 1600 هفتاد میلیون قیمت داره که اونم ی چینییه  . سابرینا با موتور 1500 قیمت پنجاه و چهارمیلیون رو داره . و بعد از اینا مگان 2000 با 138 اسب بخار نود میلیون قیمت داره در حالی که آپشنهای جی 5 رو هم نداره . خدمات پس از فروش کرمان موتور قطعا از چینیهای وارداتی بهتر خواهد بود . اما به سایپا نمیرسه . کیفیت رو مصرف کننده مشخص میکنه . تا زمانی که امتحانش رو پس نده قابل اظهار نظر نیست . خواهشم اینه که اونایی که امتحانش کردن نظر کیفی و فنی بدن. مرسی.

فعلا رو کاغذ جی 5 اتوماتیک بهترین چینی ای هست که تا حالا دیدم. طراحی خوب کیفیت خوبی که رو 1500 هاش بود و هندلینگ خوبی که هم جی3 و هم جی 5 داشتن. البته که چینی هنوز چینی است! حتی ام جی شون. ولی قیمت هم تعیین کننده است. این حدود 55 واسه جی 5 منطقیه
