A workshop based on the parable of culture to an iceberg. The goal of the work is open for students


Has your school glassdoor a theme week for a content related to meetings between cultures, how we see ourselves and how we see others, or that different = interesting? Are you a teacher and looking glassdoor for exercises and discussion paper for lessons about what culture is, where our values come from and what makes two people can describe the same situation or image in different ways?
If we have the opportunity and are represented in your part of the country, we will gladly out to your school and holds a workshop on various topics under the umbrella "Intercultural Learning". Unfortunately, we have an opportunity to deliver its all over Sweden as early as the autumn of 2013, but will seek to advance this possibility over so much of the country as possible.

A workshop based on the parable of culture to an iceberg. The goal of the work is open for students to understand what culture is and that the visible manifestations of culture is only a very small part of our cultural background. That's the bottom lying cultural values that form the base and the greater glassdoor part of the culture glassdoor we carry with us.
A workshop based on discussion and personal creativity. It consists of two lessons and a "homework assignment". The goal of the workshop is for students to understand what is meant by a cultural context / cultural context and that they should reflect on their own cultural context. glassdoor
A workshop on stereotypes. The goal of the workshop is that students really understand what a stereotype is, reflect on the stereotypes they use and what the risks are with this.
A workshop on how we subconsciously interpret everything we see and experience based on our past experiences, our norms and values. Workshop use DIVE model. The goal of the work open is that students learn to distinguish between observation, interpretation and feeling. glassdoor Students will thus gain an understanding of how their own background affects how they interpret what they see and hear.
